1. General Policy

At SpawnNow.in, we offer partial refunds for bookings made through our platform under specific conditions. Our policy allows for a refund of 60% of the base booking amount to the user, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, users must meet the following criteria: The cancellation request must be submitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking time. The booking must have been confirmed and paid for through the SpawnNow.in platform. The reason for cancellation must comply with our cancellation policy.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: Bookings cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or failure to use the booked service without prior cancellation. Bookings made through unauthorised channels. Special promotional bookings that specify "no refunds" at the time of booking.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. Please note: The refunded amount will be 60% of the base booking amount, excluding any additional services, taxes, or fees. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
